Stuffed Mushroom

Basically it's a mushroom, stuffed with meat, it tastes best when it's still hot. :)

Ingredients :

200 gr mixed minced beef & pork
half onion (chop finely)
5 really big button mushrooms (use more for smaller mushrooms)
2 red chillies (slice finely)
cheese spread
salt, pepper, light salty soy sauce to taste
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp mirin
1-2 tbsp flour (any kind)
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
oil (enough to cover the frying pan)

How to :
1. cut the stem off of the mushroom with kitchen scissors.
2. chop the stem finely
3. in a mixing bowl, mix minced meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, sliced chillies and chopped mushroom's stem. put some taste with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
4. sprinkle flour on the mushrooms, so the meat will stick more.
5. stuff the mushroom with the meat mixture.
6. sprinkle flour on the top of the meat to make the meat become more crispy.
7. heat the oil in the pan.
8. fry the mushroom upside down (meat surface on the bottom)
9. When the meat already brown, flip the mushroom and spread the cheese on the top of the meat.
10. cook until the juices come out, then put the stuffed mushrooms in a plate.(leave the juices in the frying pan)
11. put mirin, rice wine vinegar, and 4 tbsp soy sauce in the frying pan. Stir well and bring to boil.
12. Serve the stuffed mushroom with the sauce.
