Ham and Cheese Risoles

This is a very delicious appetizer. My boyfriend loves it very much, also my little brother.
Easy to make if you have supple hands.

Ingredients
for skins (around 25 sheets):
500ml fresh milk
2 eggs
200gr all-purpose flour
a pinch of salt

for filling :
3 eggs
3 sheets of cheese
2 sheets of ham
mayonnaise

for coating:
an egg
breadcrumbs

How to :
1. In a bowl, put the flour, eggs, and salt. Beat the eggs.
2. Pour the milk gradually while mixing it evenly (you don't need a mixer), set aside.
3. On a pot, make 3 boiled eggs.
4. Slice the ham, eggs, and cheese into @25 pieces. Set aside.
5. Heat a non-stick frying pan, add small amount of oil (better using a brush)
6. Pour a ladle of the batter into the frying pan and quickly spread it along the frying pan. Cook it for just a moment, don't flip. You should have a beautiful thin pancakes-look alike.
7. Put the "pancakes" upside down on a plate, so that you will put the filling on the fried side, and you will have the smooth side outside the risoles.
8. Put the filling near the bottom side.
9. Fold it upwards until it reach the center, fold the side into the center, and roll it upwards.
10. Beat an egg on a bowl
11. Coat the risoles with the beaten egg.
12. Coat the risoles with the breadcrumbs
13. Deep fry them until golden brown.

Note :
- Fold them while they're still hot.
- If you fry the batter thicker, you will have a delicious pancake.

Grilled Tuna

It's a very simple dish.

How to :
1. Slash the tuna fillet, so that the marinade sauce will seep in.

2. Marinade a fillet tuna with salt, pepper, sesame oil (my favorite to marinade sth), seafood soysauce (my favorite on every dish), basically, just add anything you like, as long as it tastes good.
3. Leave it for sometime, around 20 minutes.
4. On non-stick frying pan, grill the tuna with low heat. Cover it.
5. Flip it over to cook the other side. Grill for another moment.
6. Garnish with your favorite mayonnaise..

Wheat Fried Shrimp

This is also my little brother's favorite. We ate this for dinner yesterday :)
I'd say, this dish is at medium level. It's not easy.

Ingredients:

around 500 gr medium / large shrimps/prawns
2 maggi blocks
an egg
6-8 tbs margarine
7-11 tbs instant oatmeal
3-4 pandan leaves
1/2 big red chilli, open them up and throw the seeds away.
salt
pepper
sugar
flour
sesame oil

1. Peel the shrimps/prawns, but not the tail. Put them in a bowl
2. put around 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 maggi block into the shrimps/prawns, you may add salt or pepper if you like. Mix them well, and let them soak in.
3. Chop pandan leaves and chilli evenly.
4. Scroll the shrimps/prawns into the flour.
5. Deep fry the shrimps/prawns until golden brown. Remember to deep fry, not deep burn them.
6. On another frying pan or a wok (I prefer a wok), Melt the margarine at high heat.
7. On a bowl, beat an egg.
8. Still at high heat, pour the beaten egg gradually while you stir the egg and the margarine.
It shouldn't look like scrambled egg.
9. Put around 2-4 tbsp sugar, and 1 maggi block. Stir well.
10. Put chopped chilli & pandan leaves. Stir well.
11. Put oatmeal gradually while you stirring it. The oatmeal will absorb the margarine, so it should look dry and crispy.
12. Put the shrimps/prawns. Fry them for a while.

Note :
-Shrimps/Prawns are really quick to cook. Make sure you don't overcooked them.
-Make sure your oil is hot enough when you deep fry the shrimps/prawns.To make sure the heat of your oil, throw some flour into them, if the oil is hot enough, the flour will look like boiling.
-If you're confused whether the shrimps/prawns are cooked or not, this is how my shrimps look like :

Omelette Rice (Omurice)

Omelette Rice is a Japanese Dish that is very delicious and soft. This is my little brother's favorite :)

This recipe won't include the fried rice recipe.

Ingredients :
1 bowl of fried rice
1 egg
few tbs Oil

How to :
1. Mix the egg with some salt and pepper. Mix it well until it's little bit frothy.
2. Heat the frying pan, and spread the oil on the pan.
3. Turn your stove into low heat, quickly put the egg and spread it on the entire pan.
4. When the egg is half-cooked, put the fried rice on the center of the egg.
5. Quickly fold the egg to cover the fried rice before the egg cooked.
You can fold the egg anyway you like. I like it square. :)

Note : to make it easier to fold, when you put the fried rice on the egg, just flip the bowl upside down, so the fried rice will stay in the form of the bowl. It'll make you easier to fold the egg.

First Post

Hi Bloggers, How do you do? :)

I'm going to publicise some of food recipes that I made at home
Since I still consider myself as a beginner, I'll try to write everything in simple forms, as simple as possible. So, it will be easy for you guys to understand and try.

And also, I will be using English instead of my native language, Indonesian.
Why? Simply because I would like to exercise my English :)

Okay, so that's it for now. See ya (in the next post)!

Note : If you'd like to give any requests or questions, just leave your comments :)

PS : thanks to Clara Oktarina for the revision.
